Conference on the Common Foreign and Security Policy and the Common Security and Defence Policy - CFSP/CSDP
The Inter-parliamentary Conference on the Common Foreign and Security Policy and the Common Security and Defence Policy, also known as the CFSP/CSDP, enables the exchange of information and experience between parliaments regarding the EU's common foreign and security policy and common security and defence policy. The conference was held in the Chamber of the Riksdag on 2–3 March. Here you will find more information as well as photos and webcasts from the conference.

Members discuss current foreign, defence and security policy issues
Current foreign, defence and security policy issues are discussed at the conference. The conference may adopt non-binding conclusions that are sent to the EU institutions for their information. The Riksdag will hold the conference in close collaboration with the European Parliament. The chairs of the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Committee on Defence will host the conference at the Riksdag.
The CFSP/CSDP Conference is held twice a year. Up to six members of each national parliament will participate as well as 16 members from the European Parliament.
The full name of the CFSP/CSDP Conference is the Inter-parliamentary Conference for Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP) and the Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP).
