Subjects for the coming discussions raised

The Speaker also presented the Riksdag’s ambitions regarding the conferences that will take place at the Riksdag during the spring. At the conferences, there will be discussions on subjects including the pathway to an innovative, resource-efficient and competitive Europe, the EU's future energy supply and strengthening the rule of law in the EU.

“This is the first time that a parliament has inaugurated the parliamentary dimension by means of an online meeting for speakers. I appreciate the positive response Sweden's priorities and the Riksdag’s conferences have received,” says Andreas Norlén.
